Welcome to the Parent’s Resource Center, here you will find any resource that you need in order to get your child started with the ISR process. We take the safety of your child very seriously. In order for us to take all the measures we can, we have identified a process that goes through a thorough review before your little one gets in the pool with me. Please fill out all necessary forms and follow all the steps described below in order for us to help you get started on the mission with us....not ONE MORE CHILD drowns...
1. Email me to get the link of ISR Registration. I will provide you the link that will enable you to register with ISR.
While performing this step, it's necessary to complete the 15-20 minute registration without interruption so that it goes through completely. Please also include the necessary developmental milestones and try to be as specific as you can.>
YOU MUST BRING A COPY OF THE COMPLETED REGISTRATION WITH YOU TO THE FIRST LESSON.
If you have already registered through ISR link, please skip to next step.
2. Create a username and password. This username and password will enable you to schedule time for your little one's swim lessons.
3. Download the attached Guidelines and Policies , sign it and return it during first lesson.
4. Children 31 months and younger and those instructed MUST fill out a FULL BUDS form daily before each lesson. You can access the form via this link BUDS Form
Missed / Medical Lesson Update (MLU) Instructions
- A child has missed 3 or more days of lessons due to a medical issue that has required medical intervention
- A child has changes to any of the 1-10 screening questions on the Registration Form
